Pike Market Medical Clinic

The Pike Market Medical Clinic provides comprehensive primary care and ancillary services to 3,600 patients each year.

The Clinic cares for patients when they are sick, but more importantly they strive to keep their patients healthy through regular check-ups and health education services.

Patients rely on the Pike Market Medical Clinic for basic medical care, in addition to prescriptions, lab work, mental health counseling, drug and alcohol counseling, and connections with other services in the community.

The Clinic's patients are elderly, HIV-positive, working poor, and low-income people who live in the Market and surrounding downtown neighborhoods. Two-thirds of Clinic patients earn less than $867/month; One-third of patients are homeless; 30% are physically disabled; and 60% contend with severe mental illness and/or chemical addiction.

Visit the Neighborcare Health for more information on the Clinic and the services it provides.
