Pike Market Senior Center

Elderly residents of downtown Seattle visit the Pike Market Senior Center to look for a job, take a Spanish class, or just find a hot meal and a safe place to socialize.

Every year, the Senior Center's meal program serves 31,000 hot, nutritious lunches to homeless and low-income seniors. Low-income seniors can find housing or one of 1,200 permanent and temporary job opportunities. Seniors can also take a variety of classes, including physical fitness and health, language, geography, art and topics of special interest.
