Volunteering your time is a great way to support the Market Foundation. Each year, our volunteers give thousands of hours to ensure the success of our programs and events.
Whether you're looking for a one-time opportunity or regular involvement, there are many volunteer opportunities open to you. You can assist at one of the Market Foundation's special events, like the Sunset Supper or the Market Luncheon, or provide them with office support by mailing, filing, organizing and copywriting.
The Pike Market Senior Center, Downtown Food Bank, Pike Market Child Care & Preschool, and the Pike Market Medical Clinic often need volunteers. Staffing needs, jobs, and hours will vary by agency.

Become a FoodLink worker on weekday afternoons from 3:30-5 PM from June through September. Collect unsold fresh fruits and vegetables from Market farmers and produce stands for distribution to local food banks. To learn more or to sign up contact: marlys@pikeplacemarket.org.
